CVN78 sort of suggests that he's right. A carrier without elevators or cats, years behind schedule and $billions over budget. Also, where's the ssbn replacement?

My friend at NNSY tells me about the way it is there all the time. My other friend across the river at BAE isn't much more encouraging.
