Dont know. I have only done my research for exterior lights. I am not trying to speculate anything beyond the fact that the exterior lights are irrelevant

Now that i really think about it, we are talking about the white house. Presumable one of the most secure residences in the world. Id be surprised if they dont have some type of automatic shutters. Probably pretty stout ones at that. No proof of that one way or another, just a though I had.
