I just went to the site using "http://46.17.96.8/" and bypassing DNS.

There is a new countdown to a "SECURE LIVE VIDEO UPLINK:"

That timer is set for 15 minutes before the main timer. So it looks like a video link will appear there at 2:45 AM Eastern time, or 11:45 PM Pacific time.

I guess I'm going to be pulling an all-nighter.
