Fine.. a blockchain made to serve up a single 'server' virtual machine decentralized across nodes all over the world.. Can that be turned off also? When you're saying the 'computer' can be turned off.. you're implying that the thousands and thousands of computers serving up the blockchain can be turned off simultaneously?
