Don't know, but maybe this will help. https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/legal/vaccines-the-law/
Thank you.

Many great links at above site including passed and pending legislation in all 50 states.
Why do businesses feel the need to meddle in medicine??
Provide goods or services, that is your purpose.
Bosses and owners, don't abuse your authority over your employees. Save your advocacy for your personal time.
She does sonograms for pregnant ladies. She still would have to wear her mask when working.

Employees should stand together and threaten to quit now.
There's already an employee shortage for not paying more than the government pays you to not work.
I have a friend who's wife is a nurse. They were told the Vax would be mandatory. She says over 1/2 of the staff are not vaxed and ZERO plan on getting it. Every one of them says let them fire me. I would be willing to bet the unvaxed are the best of the staff in that hospital. Will they actually fire over 50% of their staff (not the lazy, pains in the asses either) We are going to find out. This will be what causes the true Healthcare worker shortage.
I'm a VP of HR, so ---
Her best bet to keep her job is either a medical or religious exemption. Medical exemptions are standard law for employers with 15 or more employees under the Americans with Disabilities Act. She needs a doctor to write her a note that says she shouldn't take the vaccine.
If she can't get that, there's a religious exemption, standard US employment law under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. She just needs to make a statement, in writing, requesting a religious exemption stating that taking the vaccine violates her "sincerely held religious beliefs". That phrase in quotes is important, because that's how it's phrased in the law. Where I work, about everything with that exact phrase gets approved right away because it means, either a. the employee did their research and won't be jerked around (will sicc the EEOC on us or file suit if we jerk them around) or B. the employee has an attorney. Employers don't want to mess with that, so....exemption approved.
How could the jab violate one's religious beliefs? Well, Jehovah's Witnesses are typically anti-vax in general for religious reasons. Also, Catholics are typically staunchly pro-life, and the original prototypes of the vaccine were developed using aborted fetal cells. I don't have sauce for that handy, but an easy google or duck duck go search should get you that - it's been verified by multiple sources. The beauty of the religious exemption is, you don't have to even state how the vaccine would violate your religion. You just have to state that it does, in writing, and request the exemption.
The religious exemption laws are so concrete and so mainstream, if her request is denied she can contact her state or the federal EEOC, and they will pursue an investigation on her behalf that will lead to one of two outcomes: 1. they'll issue a right to sue letter and she can sue them in court (and it's hard for companies to win these) or 2. the EEOC will pursue legal action on her behalf.
Hope this helps and good luck to her!
Oh I do have another question for you then. My job currently participates in fully vax don't have to wear a mask. Providing proof and the record is held on file. Any way the religious exemption works for the mask rule too?
I do work at a vaccination site.
Honestly, I'm not sure on that one. I think it's a tough sell to get an exemption from wearing a mask because it's not invasive. But to be truthful, that has not played out in my company and I'm not aware of anyone trying to get an exemption from mask wearing at any other company I have networking contacts at. I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
Thank you for the thoughtful response. She feel victim to the fear and got a shot she didn't want for fear of losing her job. Im not anti vax I'm anti bullying.
Are there any exemptions in the email such as having natural immunity or a medical condition.
Just as not every person can take an aspirin, not every person can take shots.
