The keyword here is 'blame'.

This has always been their plan. To get most people vaccinated, and then start the campaign to get the normies to hate the 'unvaccinated'.

The covid-19 'vaccine hesitant' population correlates almost exactly with the set of patriotic populists who don't trust the deep state or the media.

IMHO they are screwing up. Too fast too soon. It isn't going to work.
