In the mid 90s I spent an afternoon in UCLA’s mRNA lab. They made rats significantly younger and even increased the telemeters on their chromosomes. Great while it lasted. Within a year they all died. Which is equivalent to thirty human years. My friend said it was not something that could be fixed because of the way it worked.
