I hate how they cropped out the date. But regardless, yes, if my employer wants information on if I'm vaxxed, it's only appropriate to ask who around me has herpies, aids, or any STD. I'm sure that's okay in the state of California since it's a crime not to tell your partner about your STD... oh wait, they decriminalized that!
