According to Epoch Times, the CDC said the 12,000 value was a mistake and taking it back to the 6000 value was a correction. The CDC has colluded in the virus mess from the get-go, so I don't believe the CDC's explanation. I also know that the PTB use the word 'mistake' as a cover for explaining away the truth they didn't intend to be revealed.
