I assume that when you turn in your Kompromat to them so you can be fast-tracked to fame and fortune that there are strings attached. One of them might be that after you have attained your success and have a billion adoring fans that you also mangle your children and pretend like that is awesome. That way at least thousands of your adoring fans will also want to mangle their children and brag about it on social media as if it is some special wonderful thing.
