I sent him a link to this site after work yesterday. This morning he tells me it’s opening up his eyes and he’s rethinking it. Talk about a win!

My neighbor is going through this. My family and her boyfriend all tell her it's not a vaccine and it's dangerous. Her family are all vaccinated and pressuring her to get it. She is a school teacher, and there is work pressure now too with school starting soon. She has a lot of anxiety normally, but she looks like she is about to have a nervous breakdown.
She said she feels like getting it would help calm her anxiety. She's now terrified of the Delta variant.
I told her about the Texas Democrats from the plane photos who were all vaccinated, yet 6 of them now have Covid. I explained that her anxiety won't go down because she will obviously still be at risk. Having the vaccine will actually make her anxiety worse, because now she will fear not only covid, but also the cocktail that has been injected into her that there's no turning back from. I feel so bad for what I see people going through. I'm glad my beliefs are unshakeable!
She fears that too. She's a people pleaser who is full of anxiety. She can't make everyone happy and both sides of pressure, to get it or not, are coming from people who really care about her, and are equally passionate in their pleading. She also legitimately fears the virus. I told her she needs to make a decision for herself and not think about how anyone else is going to feel. I don't think I've ever seen her not worried about something, even from before Covid.
