It wasn't SCOTUS but, it is a valid legal suit submitted to Ontario's Superior Court which is their highest court: vaccinechoicecanada.com/tag/rocco-galati/

Would greatly appreciate correcting the headline OR deleting it altogether given the fact that AMG-news got it wrong. In the future, I will always look for a good, unimpeachable primary and secondary source.
