This reminds me of that blood thinner they prescribe where you can't eat anything green if you're on it. The healthiest foods become unhealthy because of a pharmaceutical, and your doctor prescribes it. This is why I don't trust the medical establishment. I'll take my leafy green spinach salad and a day at the gym before I'll take their shitty blood thinners and death vax. And in the end, I'll be healthy.
