Reminds me of another South Park episode with Christopher Reeves (one of my favorites from season 7, not for the part I'm about to describe, though) where he slurps up aborted fetuses and grows stronger throughout the whole episode. https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Christopher_Reeve_(South_Park)

This is not their only episode where they were dropping hints on things that were going on.
