Sandusky was the first nail in Penn State's coffin. It's been going downhill ever since.

DEEP rabbit hole to follow there (not sure if you realize). Penn State / Paterno was a distraction from the rabbit hole. The Second Mile was a big trafficking ring with big name players involved. Ray Gricar disappearance.
