Dude- the ones that stay in the sky are at an altitude that has a humidity level that allows them to basically create a cloud. Take a look. Any time you see one disappearing and one not- they are at different elevations. And keep in mind that your theory is that the elite are poisoning the air they breathe, water they drink and food they eat just so they can do that to everyday people. Why would they do that?! They don’t want heavy metals either.
