This isn’t real and wouldn’t work. It would just end in dismissal if you were even able to find a lawyer dumb enough to try it. Go to Frontline Doctors. They have real lawyers that will help you with this following the actual constitution. You don’t have to get the vaccine

I'm inclined to agree with you. Unless you work for a union you can be fired for any reason, the employer just has to pay for your unenjoyment expense (in most states).
