Has anyone ever heard what this means? Is it important ? Im just wondering because Ive never heard a genuine explanation. Thanks for serious replies

I saw a video that made sense. The video basically talked about the vax and the nanobots. Apparently they are of iron composition (which in my mind would rust). I digress. Anyway, I’d represented the covid and the iron nanobots. Take that for what you will.
