Correct, if his leg is swelling, clammy, hot he needs med advice quickly. A clot may dislodge and travel to his lungs (PE) or heart!
First, a trip to the ER to get Heparin injections for a week plus warfarin or some other anti-coagulant long term. The Heparin covers the first week when the Warfarin is not yet at therapeutic strength, for example.
Second (optional), Ivermectin to stop the spike proteins from causing any more damage than they already have. Careful with that, because Ivermectin is itself a blood thinner, so the combined effect with a second blood thinner could cause excessive bleeding.
