Extremely well done. Ties up so many loose ends. Chris Miler, Ezra Cohen - Watnick, Chinese intelligence defecting to DIA, the Newsweek article about signature reduction, COC and continuity protocols that have been on the books since the Cold War and puts it into the context of the plan. Glad to see it stickied.
