They definitely are, I keep hearing military aircraft and helicopters flying over my neighborhood in CA on a daily basis as if it's completely normal and this never happened before to this extent.

Can you give a general region? I'm in L.A. Westside and have been observing military chopper activity for a while. Boosts my spirits every time.

I'm in Ventura county and see a lot of action too. Probably not the same ones so it should double your conviction. I rarely saw aircraft overhead before not too long ago and now I see planes and choppers everyday
