Correct! I voted the last "early day", only ball point pens, just as the pre-election pamphlets stated for "how to vote". Same precinct, election day, ONLY SHARPIES which did bleed through (and poll workers were questioned). Chandler, AZ South East Maricopa County. Pretty conservative.
