What the hell is with all the rain this year? China, Europe, hell I'm in the US and it seems to pour every damn day. It does seem more wet than usual.

The long term forecast for Europe said Germany, France and Portugal would be both wetter and cooler than normal.

By this time of the year my rain barrels in my garden are dry. This year they have stayed topped off.
