I wonder if that's some kind of com. I imagine when they communicate in codes some people miss the message because the nature of implanting codes in stuff and a line like this possibly shows it could be an urgent message of some kind because such a ridiculous sentence would be passed around for a lot of people to see and would be hard to miss

or it could just be the dementia
