In which neighborhoods have the majority of these vaccine poison pushers been filmed? Neighborhoods of color

If the vaccine is poison (it is) and if it's being pushed to people of color, then who are the White supremacists? @Jack, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, et.al.
