I just started a job that requires VMware VDI desktops. Funny thing is my boss and I seam to be only people in the whole dang company that can get our camera working. We both run Linux as desktops at home.

And Zoom and WebEx both run a hell out lot better on Linux.

We're on, I'm pretty sure, the same set up. My webcam for meetings maybe works 50% of the time.
