That’s the intended use of the carrier group..... been well publicised since trials...

Watching the water could easily refer to the flooding in China and Europe etc.... or those Chinese dams etc

At the time of posting ‘watch the water’ by Q.... the QRB was talking about the photos from NK of various Dems etc..... or rather the backgrounds and positions of the people in those photos posted by Q....
