He also appeared to be deputising Public Security Officers(PSO)as members of AFP. Also referring to members of State Police will be making arrests as members of AFP. Very interesting.

If any arrests of major "bad actors" are to be carried out,having all actions by AFP would get around problems of duristriction of State Police.
