VPN issues

I have been using Express VPN and today I get a notification every three minutes stating that VPN is blocked and disconnected.

Anyone else with these type of VPN issues and should I even waste time with VPN?

I feel like you can still be spied on or location can be found even when VPN is properly enabled.

I had issues yesterday. I switched to another city location and that solved the issue. I use E VPN too.
