Audit results, Lindell’s results, 1/6 investigation and debt ceiling all next month. Border invasion, cyber hacks, censorship, shortages, crime waves, laws not enforced, patriots are extremists, DOJ corruption, China influence, and mandatory vaccines. All these and more are reaching breaking point. What will be the last straw?

All of your liberal lawyer friends don't know shit about shit including the law and I would personally NEVER take anything any lawyer said to me as true especially if they said they are liberal. Source: am a lawyer and you wouldn't believe just how stupid these lawyers are
You don't have to be a lawyer to understand the facts though. There is currently no constitutional path to "reinstate" a former president. It literally doesn't exist, unless he is speaker of the house, which would still require both Biden and Harris to resign.
You, they and I know about the same, which is we dont know what will happen when/if the fraud is finally shown and acknowledged. Speaking of facts, when is a cheater or a fraudster ever allowed to keep what they stole or what they attained by defrauding? It has been said that we are and in uncharted waters and there is no precendent, but the exact outcome of this scenario is a bit of an unknown. Again at least for us and your genius friends.
Edit: Not to mention there are general legal principles. Things like restitution. And standing. They apply "lack of standing" to throw out election fraud cases and that seems to apply to any case and situation. Well how about restitution? What would make the victims of a proven stolen election whole again? Is it doing nothing? Any good lawyer should understand that just bc there isnt a direct statement about this situation in the Constitution doesn't mean there isnt an avenue to take.
I think you may have misinterpreted what I said.
When I said, "it literally doesn't exist", I mean that even if widespread fraud was exposed to the public, there is nothing in the constitution that states that the current president must resign and hand over the presidency. These aren't "uncharted waters," it's the reason why everyone freaked out over Bush vs. Gore, because if the recount results were wrong after Bush was certified, there was nothing Gore could then do to reverse the decision.
When it comes to constitutional law and the presidency, there are no unknowns at this point, the guidelines are followed no matter what. I am sorry if this is disappointing, it's just the harsh reality of the situation.
Two things stand out from that comment. States decide themselves, and there is simply no process. So just no precedent. It doesn't state that it cant be done. What happens when a state decertifies? Do you know? I'm just "clinging" to very real legal principles that are based on our Constitution and win real cases. I'm also just " clinging" to what Trump and others have said. Fraud vitiates everything. I believe them before I believe you or your stupid friends.
