I don't agree with your theory but I'm not going to attack you. I don't know what is going on with Biden. But before the internet erased it, I watched Biden spent most of a day feeling up little girls and some boys on camera on cspan. (He was VP so his job was to swear in US Senators who would bring their families) So there is no way he is a good guy in my view.
