Can anyone relate, help or advise please!
My wife has been having irregular periods for 3 cycles in a row now. We are both not vaxxed and never taken a bs test but we work around others who are and both have vaxxed family members that we see on regular basis.
For the past 3 cycles she has had a considerably heavier flow for a longer period of time. PMS symptoms are more severe such as severe cramping, headaches and back pain even sometimes starting on day 4-5 of her cycle which is extremely rare for her.
She has always had a light/short cycles in the past. Having heavy flow on day 3-4 is unheard of for her and at this point we are looking for answers.
I’ve been here for a very long time and I know this has been discussed before throughout the pandemic and vaccine/weapon roll out. Can any of you relate, advise or lead us to some answers?
Thank you all!
I agree there are lots of safe remedies available.
Unfortunately some hormone tests are a worthless waste of time and money. They can tell you levels of hormones in the serum at one specific moment in time, but that tells you NOTHING of what's going on at the cellular level over the course of an entire menstrual cycle.
If a woman is experiencing overt menstrual symptoms, that pretty much tells you everything you need to know. Excess estrogen is nearly always an issue, as well as a lack of progesterone to balance that estrogen. Often excess cortisol and adrenaline result due to lack of thyroid hormone getting into the cells.
It becomes a vicious cycle: excess estrogen suppresses the thyroid, a lack of thyroid screws up the menstrual cycle which further suppresses progesterone production which leads to excess estrogen....the cycle goes round and round. All this results in mood swings, PMS, mental fog, emotional instability etc etc etc.
Me too. I find the endocrine system absolutely enthralling.
I know I must sound like a broken record, but if you've never read the work of Dr. Peat you're in for a real treat. He specialized in Endocrinology in the early 1970's and has been writing on the idea of energy and structure being completely interdependent within human physiology ever since.
Unfortunately our world is full of endocrine disrupting chemicals and I find it empowering to know that fairly simple solutions exist in order for us to regain balance, healing and homeostasis.
Fascinating INDEED!
