They aren't the desired type of illegal immigrant, these ones are actually seeking political asylum & are anti-communist.

The only ones let in are those arriving via the boarder & supporting 'muh socialism'. Not only that, they are being assisted & enabled by the federales.

The thing about these types of stories is that there's no way to verify them. There are no independent witnesses. All we have is the story itself. All information appears to have come from the Coast Guard -- who could have gotten their marching orders from the white hats. It's possible that none of this actually happened.
