How do Black people get masks and the vaccine?

I was told they were too dumb to get IDs. Yet they can afford to buy masks and are smart enough to figure out how to get the vaccine? Even when it requires multiple trips?

I’ve heard people actually claim this as why black people aren’t getting vaccinated. Also how most don’t even have internet, so it’s not for the same reason as “MAGAts” who don’t get vaccinated because of “Internet misinformation”.
