How do Black people get masks and the vaccine?

I was told they were too dumb to get IDs. Yet they can afford to buy masks and are smart enough to figure out how to get the vaccine? Even when it requires multiple trips?

They all have phones. They know how to use them. I saw Walmart sells masks 2 for $1 so just fill up your Hefty bag.
