Team,
Effective 28 July for (our base), the DoD requires all Service members, Federal employees, onsite contractor employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask in an indoor setting in installations and other facilities owned, leased or otherwise controlled by DoD.
The vaccine is our best protection in preventing severe illness or death from COVID-19 regardless of known variants/strains of the virus. If not vaccinated, please talk with your medical provider so that you can make an informed decision.
If you feel unwell, do not come to work! Regardless of an individual’s vaccination status, if you are not feeling well and are symptomatic (Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea) stay home and notify your supervisor.
CDC recommends fully vaccinated people should still get tested if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Fully vaccinated people should not visit private or public settings if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the prior 10 days or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html
Thanks in advance.

Yup! Funny part I just found out who is on our side with the truth. That’s all this is doing is causing more internal conversation about what’s really going on.
