I sold my rental condo in '19.... turns out that might have been my best decision yet.

I can't imagine landlords paying a mortgage, property taxes, HOA, etc. on a unit, while people are allowed to live there free of charge.

Yeah, got rid of a place in Manhattan in November 2019... turned out to work really well.
