I’m a physician
This is all a sham
Today I saw 160 patients. Urgent Care
No one had anything more than a cold
Same thing, different year.

Absolutely right. A woman who volunteered in our Dept for years came in one day slurring, dragging her left foot, left arm kept bent. We told her please go to your doctor; looks like you had a stroke. She said she did, had tests that were negative and told to come back in 6 months. So we helped her to our ER. She died a few days later.
We then told our Dept Chief and he said that per insurance (Medicare) you cant treat/admit a patient without documentation of the diagnosis. I said there are always a chance of false negatives but just look at her you can see. He said thats just the way it is.
