I've seen a slight uptick in mask wearing and people being cautious with social distancing in PA recently (I'm assuming because of the delta) but hope is not lost. I know people who are going to flat out refuse to comply if they try this shit again and the momentum is not in the sheeples favor anymore. Do not consent and do not comply. Civil, peaceful, noncompliance is an extremely powerful weapon.
