GERMAN ANON NEEDED FOR IMPORTANT RESEARCH: Looking for someone who can translate a few things from these court documents. I need to know which kind of court this case took place in (since there were 3 cases at 2 different courts), and what the ruling was exactly (in as much detail as possible).

Not German, but have lived there many years ago., The "Landgericht" is AFAIK equivalent to a district court.
Thanks. I'm not familiar with all the levels of court in Germany. Is their district court a standard court that would process most civil cases, or a higher court which would handle cases that the lower court failed to resolve?
I'm hoping that this is the 3rd and final ruling, which was in a higher court from what I understand.
AFAIK this is the first court you go to after a local dispute. There are higher courts.
