His name is Sam Kendricks, a world champion. One of the best pole vaulters in the world right now. He would have been seeded 3rd with a life time best of 6.06m. (Only behind the former world record holder and the current world record holder).

Here's where it gets interesting. Kendrick's is in the USA military, and is epitome of a classy gentlemen. If I'm not mistaken he is openly Christian and Conservative. Born in Mississippi.

If anyone was a conspiracy minded individual, one could speculate that the tests are, well... RIGGED.
