Seems to me if the machines are deemed not certifiable then Dominion, or whoever made them, should return the money they took for the crooked machines. Were they sold under fraudulent pretenses? Did the people who agreed to buy them know they were capable of rigging through the internet? If so, then those people should bear the brunt and be charged along with the makers. https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_breakingnews/pennsylvania-county-declines-election-audit-without-new-voting-machines_3925917.html?utm_source=newsnoe&utm_medium=email2&utm_campaign=breaking-2021-07-30-1&mktids=40f982ca3744fb2a8c7e5fef4fd49a44&est=Uhk6ZktIp1HVOoUdwa4clNHw5fkUk2KmBIcc5m2Ifyar0uyGGzAxE9YeGBeh

Last September I drove up to Tioga County, my parents live there. All I saw were trump signs everywhere.
