This was very nice. Only 40 minutes long, and an excellent overview of the Devolution concept. Frankly, as far fetched as Devolution might sound, it is the only thing that makes logical sense when you evaluate the details. And what we are actually experiencing right now is FAR CRAZIER and more unbelievable.
