Wifey thinks it may just be a pendant necklace with a swirl on it, but to me more looks like an "eye"....the position above the cross though is odd for a Christian if she is.... Sola Scriptura kinda like you add nothing to the Bible and there is nothing above God. You'd typically wear a cross all by itself.
