I received a letter in the mail about regarding the vaccination, and how the covid vax has been added to the list of required vaxxes in order to be on campus this semester.

I'm under the impression since its considered a private university they can kinda do whatever they want and enforce whatever they want since its private and not a state university. True or false?

Second, when I registered when I was a freshman, I never gave them a record of my immunizations to begin with and I've been attending for the last 8 semesters (4 years).

Should I just say fuck it and put off graduation? Or just show up like normal and blend in and push the whole 'my body my choice' (extremely liberal staff) and if anyone tries to fuck with me, can I file suit?

To be fair, they do, however, mention exceptions for religious and/or medical purposes, but if I am going to be completely honest, I am way too lazy to give a shit and play that game with them especially since the last two semesters there was a strict mask policy for students/stuff unless waived medically (which I was) -- which made students/staff eligible to attend/teach classes remotely. Now, they want students/staff to go through all of that bullshit again for the third time -- there is no remote learning being offered this time around. Its either get the vax, wear a mask, or finish my degree 'online' -- which I'm not trying to do either because the online courses are condensed == same amount of covered material with less time to complete it and I tried that already and discovered 'online' courses aren't conducive for my preferred method of learning.

Like many of you, I am kinda over the whole thing, and I kinda don't give a shit either, and I really don't feel like debating with the Provost, or the President about policy because its going to change nothing.

I prefer just to show up and not be fuck with and if all is well, that would be awesome, but if I do, I want to know what my options are if any.
