I’ve been Active in weightlifting for over 10 years now. I’m not cut or ripped but I’m strong as fuck thanks to all those years of pumping iron. I also stretch, swim and do some cardio to keep as limber as possible.
What kills me is that I have friends who are really into guns but are completely out of shape. Like, what the hell are you gonna do when the bullets run out bro?! Get your asses to the gym!
