I think the vaccine might be necessary for the wake up. I think lefties coming to the realization that they've been treating Science like a pagan God putting such blind faith into it that once they finally realize the people they've trusted so fully have quite literally been trying to kill them this entire time... well it just might finally snap them out of their cognitive dissonance.
