Well, they have a big problem, which is that the feds have no jurisdiction and no power to impose or enforce any such mandate. Individual states could try, but state governments can't force the counties to comply with their mandates either.

Regardless, any serious attempt to mandate injections will light the fuse... at that point, all bets are off.
