I recently saw a video of a doctor making a presentation to some people where he explained that there has been a 100% rate of autoimmune failure or cancer with mRNA vaccines with mammals such as monkeys.
It was a brief video and he apologizes just before the video is cut off as if someone came into the room and needed something or had some kind of interruption.
At some point he asked for a slide update.
Can someone please share this video again in the comments here?

Are you aware of a full length of this one?
"Dr. Charles Hoffe" and "D-dimer test" might get you there.

Is this it?
No, sorry. I have jDownloader 2 installed and the MyJDownloader browser extension so it's easy for me to just download the videos. Unfortunately, I didn't keep any bookmarks.
Is there a program like Downie for Windows that keeps URLs associated?
You could try this: https://mrs0m30n3.github.io/youtube-dl-gui/
Youtube-DL at least keeps Youtube hashes in the filename, and seems to do similarly for other sites as well.
Try JDownloader 2, it has a linkgrabber and it just works.
For snippets of text and even whole webpages I use 1. Vivaldi to take a snapshot or 2. Joplin (synced via Dropbox) with its browser extension.
To arms!
