Most Australians are too cowardly and don't want guns because they don't want to "be like america" is why I hate it here. All the australian people do is complain about the government and then do nothing and say "it'll be right, I'M not breaking the law so they can't touch me" then when it starts to affect them they react with "well this is shit, but nothing we can do about it we dont have guns" and if pressed they respond "why do we need guns" all the while not seeing the fact that if they had guns they wouldn't be in this situation. It is maddening.
